I digged a lot of your work on there.
The main crit I can give is I think that the environment with the hole in the ceiling should be placed first, I think that is your best piece.
pretty nice demo reel overall in my view ;)
Some suggestions,
The way each slide comes should be more consistent. Especially sometimes the text in on top sometimes near bottom, left etc. Select one place where all your text displays. Like bottom middle or bottom left, you get the idea.
Change the grey background. Text color should be black.
you can however skip a few things, for instance like texturesheets for some models. Also simply show the high poly->low poly+wire and move to next. Skip the title name slide for model and add it as a caption text.
you should mention your software skill set list as well in the end slide.
the last portion where you show effects can be skipped. I got the feeling as if you are trying to squeeze everything in your reel.
some music is always a nice touch.
Hope you don't mind.
Good luck

demoreel wip v1.5
http://vimeo.com/5901112
Changelog
1.5
I added a 15 seconds short overview for people don't have much time to watch all the wireframes, textures, ...
Background graphic instead of just gray
One static position for text like "final", "wireframe", "highpoly", ...
I deleted the description screens between the assets and embedded the text in the lower left corner

Thanks for the tip! I decided to make a short overview and there the unearthly work is the first one.

Thanks for the whole critique! As you can see in the newet wip (i will upload it in a few minutes) i changed a lot stuff you noticed. i don't wan't to squeeze so i added an overview for people don't have time :) i think it's important that people can see, how i did something. I often heard that companys aren't just interested in results - they also wan't to see your workflow.

Pretty good updates, seems everything is in place and looking good. Impressive starting sequence.
You can remove those previous reels from your vimeo page as you now have your final reel.
Anyways good luck with future projects

Thank you Far!
Yeah i also thought about deleting the other reels, but on the other hand, it's cool to see how it grows! For me and also maybe for other people. But i hope nobody will watch a older version...maybe i should transfer them to an other account?!
