View Full Version : electronics/ wiring textures...
Mattrne 07-31-2003, 07:36 PM I'm going out of my tiny little mind, trying to get any textures which I can use as a basis for some electronic wiring type stuff I'm trying to build. Does anyone have any suggestions where I might find something helpful?
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
Cheers,
Matt.

Did you try here? I think ImageAfter has photos of circuit boards, that kind of thing.

polygon lasso tool in PS is your BEST friend.
hold shift, and go to town. that is the best way ive found, by making a lot of 45 and 90 degree angles. set up blocky shapes first, subract from them, add to them, etc, etc, then ctrl click and stroke the layer (on a new one). do that process ac ouple times, and you should be well on yer way.
get some refs too, those are always handy.
