Not that I dont have any confidence in my resume, but I don't want my resume to be "filed" cause it didsn't end up in the proper hands...

dude, i'm sorry, but if you're not a really close friend of one of the employees @ redstorm you're gonna get the same amount of attention like the rest of the applicants....it just does'nt work the other way, atleast i'm sure you can ask for tips, but i would'nt count on them telling you what exactly needs to be in your portfolio.
