jamihn 07-31-2003, 10:52 AM Ugh, been trying to get this thing to look decent but I'm not so sure. I've posted it before, but I lost the thread. Seemed a bit flat for a while so I added some rim lighting. Not sure it helps though. Anyway, thoughts and comments are most definately welcome.

Whoa! Amazing!! :buttrock:
Overall looking great!
But there are a tiny flaw.... her face was not contrast enough and was distract by her suits and armor.
BTW... great work. :wip:

Wow! Excellent rendering
My only crits: her neck is a bit too long, so you might want to lower her head a bit.
And her arms are too short. That's probably best solved by raising her knees a bit.
Cheers, Jeroentje
keep posting :)

Great Stuff!
You should play around with your shadow contrast and how they hit on her body.
You seem to start doing it with the gun and it's shaddow on her leg but it would be nice to see more of that type of hard shaddow in other places.

overall, it look nice. but i have to agree that her leg is too long. thus, make the arms look short.
anyway, it's a nice CG ^^
maybe u shold add in some dark shades on the face as well to blend in with the back ground, coz it seems that the face has its own lighting while the others have theirs.
hope this helps. ^^ ganbatte ne!

Nice!
I really like the handle of the sword, great texture, looks a lot like marble or something!
To get more depth in the picture, I would let the left arm have a slightly more blue hue than the right beacause it's further away and colder colors give that illusion. The same for the sky. As already said, try experimenting with contrast also, more in the foreground, less in the background to make the girl pop out a bit!
cheers!
