I would say that your beast is more visually interesting than your girl. The beast's face has alot of unique details like the freakles, the wrinkles under his eyes and his lips. His nostriles are off center, I don't know if that's apart of his character or not but I thought I should point that out. Put some more detail into his teeth, like little cracks in the teeth or some sign of poor dental care, if he doesn't brush that is.

You're girl does not feel all that interesting at a glance. I'm not too familiar with your art style but her head is way too big for her body and the cyber eye feels to busy with all the circuitry around it. If you want that Star Trek Borg Look, I would suggest making he skin a little more pale and have the cyber bits show through her flesh, that way we get the impression the skin is covering/protecting the cyber bits underneath.
