I was part of the development team that made the beach demo for Google's O3D Browser based rendering engine. I am responsible for terrain modeling/texturing, layout, various foliage models/textures, tribal props. Here is the video we showed off in the engine.
This was a 1 month project, and It was great to work on. This technology really is awesome. Please check it out!

I wasn't sure where to post this, but please enjoy. :)

I randomly stumbled across this a few days ago and got to see your work in real time. Very impressive! Your little tiki sculptures had a lot of character. :)

I hope this technology catches on in a big way.

MindTraveler - Yeah man, this Tech is sick. You guys should check out the vid for sure, and I think you can download the beach demo itself and look around!

Tronno - Haha thank you. It was fun doing an enviro for once. I liked doing the terrain and such, but I did have a lot of fun with the tiki heads. They were the closest thing to a character I did haha. I really hope it catches on too. I really think it's a step toward the future of games

arrangemonk - I am sorry to hear that :( The video on youtube and googles blog doesn't do it as much justice, but at least it shows off the capabilities.
