I am having a few topology issues with a WIP glock I am working on. It is supposed to be a very detailed model for 3d stills, not animation. The first image below is where I am having a difficult time with the topology with my glock. The second set of images are to show where I am at with flipping those invisible triangles. I don't really know the best way to go about this so I am asking... Thank you for any comments or help. The linked video is just a rotation around my gun so that you can view the hole topology if you are interesting in finding and commenting more errors on my mesh. Dial up be warned, it is a larger vid.
MESH PROBLEM- It looks like crap and I need ideas of alternate topology I could use.

Triangle Flipping FUN- I am worried that to many lines are coming together at not enough points. I don't want this to effect smoothing with the smoothing groups, but don't know how to properly set everything up.
