This is a reflection of the night sky in calm water
and a girl watching the stars
Took me some time
I still think it needs little more work. Feels like it's missing something.

I think moon and the sky's reflection looks too clear. Maybe add some ripples or lower the moon opactiy and brightness, Distort the moon and sky a bit and blur a little bit?

It looks very good, however there are a couple of things you could do..
Try adding a small shadow between the strings from her top and her skin, to give it some depth, seems a bit flat to me..
What is the dark patch right below HER right eye? seems like a mascara run or something.. (In the fullversion it seems she has been crying. Has she? If so, very talented of you to capture the mood and the facial expression after a sobbing).
Also have to agree on the reflection needs a bit more work.
Small, very small waves that shows the evening breeze, the size of 'goosebumps', if you know what I mean, and add some distortion.
For the small waves, check the image.. Make yours smaller than the smallest on this image...

Shouldn't the girls back be reflected too?
I agree with the ripples in the water also.
Anyway, nice work

Thx you guys for pointing out the flaw part of the work.
I knew i should've added the waves, but it was too hard. And I was very lazy. :P
Anyways I did as best as I could and got this.

I didn't know how to make the waves any smaller. I guess I still need lot more experience with photoshop. You see I'm very new to photoshop.
Anyways I don't think it needs the girl's reflection, because she is not in angle to be showing any reflection. It just looks like it needs reflection, because the angle and perspective i put her in. I don't know... thats what i think.
