Hey guys, im looking to model a new character in which to make a simple animation for my showreel.
Though ive been stumped abit, not sure whether to create my model naked and add the clothes on after, or to just model the character with the clothes on him/her.
Wondering which would be easier/looks the best.

Any advice would be helpful, thanks

depends on if the cloth is going to be simulated or not. if it is, you need something underneath to react to the simulation. otherwise just model it straight out as-is with nothing underneath. modeling a character naked helps you make sure the proportions are correct, but if you have solid concept art chances are you'll just be following that anyway.
