The water alone looks great, and the ship alone looks great, But they seem to be two different styles to me.
The water looks too real, and the ship has a little bit of a painted look to it.
Add a little of motion blur to the ship. Nice work!

Maybe there should be some small waves from that ship on the water below :)) ... it`s probbably background, but if you painted a bit, it could look even better.
It looks very good though :)
