I own a small post production company outside of Chicago and we are currently working on a project that involves 'areas' of a factory. We will be building about 30 of these areas that contain things like forklifts, giant engine rooms, hoists, large machinery etc.. etc..
We are looking to hire about 2-3 freelance artists that could work remotely on these areas and objects. We don't need to go crazy on detail but the parts still need to look respectable. We can pay per completed object and have around 30 objects to complete before mid July.
I will be making a decision within 2 days on the artists we are going to use. We are most likely going to render the finals in Lightwave but may use 3dsMax. The format your model is in does not matter, we can always convert.
If you are interested, I have linked a sample of one of the factory objects below. It is a power supplying engine about the size of a really large Ryder truck. We would not need decal detail and the backside is basically a mirror of the front side. Try to keep polys low but there is no polygon cap. The camera will probably never be closer than 15 feet from this object. If you wish to send me a quote on the time and price it would take to make this piece, you could send me one with and without surfacing. We may just opt to do the surfacing in house. Normal polys is fine. No metanurbs or nurb based objects. The only reference we have to go on are 3 photos simliar to the one I have linked below. This is how most of the objects will need to be modeled, from photos.

If you are interested, drop me an email at info@syntheticlight.com with some related examples and estimated price. If it is to difficult to estimate a price then you can email me or message me via the options below. I prefer email though because it is easier to keep track of who I have available.

I will be making a decision sometime on monday as to who I will use. If the people I use do not work out then I will repost the job.
Thanks for your time in advance,
