Here's my lizard man concept, any critiques or tips would be much appreciated.

Heads a little big in my concept art but I wish I had stuck with his chain mail and heavy armor now that I know about Normal Mapping.

I'm just thinking since this is the game art design......... low poly is expected as required by the game engine.

So............ your model could actually use less polygons/tris........ There're too many poly/tris for defining the same region within your model.

ANyway.......... nice start.

any specific areas? I was thinking if anywhere the neck.. maybe the fingers. All together hes only about 3k or 2.5k quads.. which I thought was acceptable for a game character. Im new to the whole process so I don't mean to argue just trying to learn.. thanks for the croquette btw :)
