hi guys

i have rig a whole char.
now i have to create blend shapes

i have reset the settings in the blendshape options and i use local for origin
for that i just duplicate the bind model and modify the shapes for facials.
After that i select all the shapes and shift select the base model and then i gave create blendshape.

but i found a problem when i move the control my base moves towards the target mesh

what should i do to fix this prob
and why its happend?

plz give some sug for me to fix this prob

Sounds like you've reset the transforms on the Blendshape before you add it as a deformer so the original mesh is taking the transition.

The best fix i´ve found is this:

Select the BASE
Select the TARGET
Do a parentConstraint , uncheck maintain offset
Delete the constraint-node
Select target, freeze transformations
