CGTalk - Still Life: Flowers

I've been trying to get a real good flower texture but I just can't get close. I can't get that translucence membrane sort of look that pedal's have. Anyway, I have this so far - but I was wondering if anyone has any suggestions or a tutorial for a texture. And that over exposed look was a concious effort.
