Is there any way to play with the ribbon XAML ?

Usually found in <MAXROOT>ui\\Ribbon\\ModelingRibbon.xaml
I'd like to do my own Panel ;)

It looks like the ribbon control is available through .net 3.5 sp1. with the WPF toolkit. It appears you'll have to d/l something from the Office site as well and sign up for something...
