Hey..

I want to create a fly though of some intence volumetric clouds. The shot will be something like a minute long. I've been doing something with Pyrocluster but i havent gotten any good results. Does anyone have any example files or something? Hope that you could help me on this.

I went to maxon's site and saw this and it was created in Pyrocluster, how can something like this be done?

Thanks dudes..

hmm well it doesn't look much different that most pyro stuff.

I would just make a big old emitter and then emit a limited number of particles with their movement killed.

then drag the camera through it.

should not be really that hard, of course its with pyro which means. It's gonna be hard as hell. Because pyrocluster just is sometimes.

I did something close to what you mention once, but I achieved it by using an emitter pointing at the camera emitting pyrocluster puffs. I added a rotation modifier so the puffs swirled around the camera as it moved through.

Also JeremyW has a workaround Using SLA:

And theres always the inspiring Rustboy for cheating using 2d planes with ASTOUNDING results:
