Hello to everybody ...

Investigating inside C4D i undenstand that when antialiasing is activated sampling parameters only apply to secondary ray traced rays ... not to primary scanline pixels, who are always sampled at 16x16 (256) ... i am ok ????

I am testing render speed versus LW ... without antialiasing speed is good, but with any kind of antialiasing active rendering becomes very slow ... with incredible quality, but slow ... 256 samples/pixel are too much for hi-res printing images ... can i change it ???

thats a toughie...i would have thought you couldn't but nothing would surprise me...i would really suggest you maybe posted on more techie forums like postforum or actually mail maxon direct...srek might know or one of the other developers might know...sorry can't be more helpful though...
