I have a circle with its radius is 7.572 and a given point A ,the distance between the point and the center of the circle is 23, line the point and the center of the circle then rotate the line around the center of the circle with an angle of 10 , then we got another line M, and I want find a point B on the line M, from this point draw a line N tangent with the cirle, and I need the angle disector of line M and line N is vertical with the line AB
