Digital Legends Entertainment is seeking lead animator / senior animator for its studio in Barcelona.
Senior Animator
Duties:
Create in-game and cinematic organic character/facial animation.
Assist in the design of in-game character animation patterns.
Provide mentoring for other artists in the team.
Required Background:
2-4 years of professional experience as 3D animator, at least 1 of them in the videogame industry.
An outstanding portfolio of works.
Required Skills:
Sound knowledge of 3D animation tools, preferably 3DS MAX and Character Studio.
Experience designing animation patterns for video game characters.
Ability to produce highly realistic and expressive animations in tight schedule.
We are also offering the position of a
Lead Animator
who has on top of the above requirements:
Required Skills :
Broad knowledge of the game development process.
Ability to organize ideas in a compressive and well-structured game design document.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to motivate and inspire other members of the team.
Required Background:
At least 2 years experience within the video-game industry.
At least 1 published AAA game.
Bonus Skills:
Pencil sketching skills.
Programming and software design skills.
