Hey all. I decided to start a sketchbook thread to keep track of my progress and to get some feedback. So here it goes!

Some quick sketches from the sketchathon thread (http://forums.cgsociety.org/showthread.php?f=199&t=298699&page=16&pp=15). Done in gimp with a tablet.

Hmm, you either need to choose some other brush setting, or try doing it with pencil on paper... your first sketches are pretty messy because all your lines are of the same weight, the only difference is in the density of lines, and as a result we can't judge which lines are "real", and which are wrong.

the last (faces) sketches are better, but perhaps you should really try these sort of sketches on paper, and do speedpaints and detailed work with a tablet.
