i really like ur style,
the only thing i dont like is the mouth area. eyes and nose are great.

wanna see it colored! :-)

Try to use harder brushes, it looks too blured now, no sharp edges...maybe stay in greyscale, just leave the color stripe in the background(I've seen picture like that lately and it looks great)
