Good job man,
not just the animation but all around - modeling, lighting, you really created quite an atmosphere there :)

I really like the close ups on his face as he turns evil...

The eye was just a 1k image of an eye I brought into After effects, did a liquify in the center and keyed it from on to off over a second, with a color correction keyed as well, then I rendered out the image sequence and used that newly rendered sequence as my texture in XSI 7
