Looks cool. Dont see how he's gonna fight with only a shield, but its still cool
Rework your proportions: his toros is extremely long, his upper arms are also, but his lower arms are very short (i know they are forshortened but they have little appearance of such and would have to be very severly forshortened to be that lenght, meaning that he would have very long arms indeed). Also his left leg is quite different from his right. The upper leg is too short, or again, a mistake in forshortening. If it is too be forshortened (and it has to be for that pose) it should a) not be on the same level with his other knee (by his pose it should be below it), increase dramatically in width, particularly since the leg is bent, displacing tissue around the knee (bend your own leg, you'll see what i'm talking about). Make his left foot more noticeably back, its appears to be just behind his right.

Your flesh tone is a little bland, I can believe it for the face, but it took me a bit to connect that he wasnt wearing pants or a shirt.

Very nice looking, only comment is to darken the shadow beneath his feet, and use a different color in the background. Possibly add a bit more detail into his white tunic as well.
