involuntarydamage 07-07-2009, 11:51 PM hey guys Im not sure if Im posting this in the right forum or not, but I have been searching for the past couple hours on google for a fix for john burnetts WarpTexture. Im using 3dsmax 2009 64bit version. I Installed the warptexture.dlt into the plugins folder, it does in fact show up in the plugin manager but does not show up in the material browser. I downloaded the 2009 64bit version from maxplugins.de. Are there any other files required to make this plugin work?

What renderer are you using?
If it's mental ray, you won't see WarpTexture because it's not compatible with mr.

Ahh thanks, I did not notice that, I was modeling something out at the time and I typically use vray but for some reason after a max crash it resets to mental ray so I didnt bother to reasign the render engine. I started playing with it for about 15 minutes and couldnt stop, defintely a handy tool! Thanks again!

Hey Neil what a small world, I was just looking at your website the other day and got your soulburn scripts, Im definitely a fan, Im gonna have to go buy your gnomon hard surface and texturing dvd. Cant wait!
