character: young woman

well, i had some trouble with my PC today,
so i have to repaint alot...

my intention was that i paint a girl
hidding behind a big tree, with dirty white clothes...

critics please

well, at first i have to say that her eye is amazing, it really attracts the attention!!!!

further i think (or hope?) the hair isn't really finished yet, as well as parts of her nose and lips.

but i can't understand why you aren't satisfied with the colors. they come along perfectly with the expression of her eyes!!!

I'm liking it so far, her left eye is looking quite good, full of expression.

On her right side after her cheek bone where the hair starts to cover her face it just seems to get cut off too much by the hair. Something to maybe touch up.

Also looking forward to the completion :)

well, i think i come to an end,

after some thoughts i only focus on the face,
a addition of full body/clothes doesn´t make sense IMO

the project - hiding woman behind big tree -
i will do next time...

so please feel free to show me your opinion

wow, much better now!!!!

you improved the nose very good, but shouldnt there be a shadow at the hair beginning of her vertex? it seems so because you've drawn a shadow beneath her eye/nose/lip as well.

well, i think the preference of the colortype of the pic is an individual matter of taste, the one above is nobly and coolly , the last one has more heat and feelings.
