CGTalk - GI_Joe Error

i put GI_Joe.mel & GIJoe.lights
in
C:/Documents and Settings/~~~/My Documents/maya/5.0/scripts/

i type GI_Joe in command line - Enter

and

Error: file: C:/Documents and Settings/~~~~/My Documents/maya/5.0/scripts/GI_Joe.mel line 94: File not found.: e:/vfx/mans/maya/scripts/GIJoe.lights

Edit Your GI_Joe.mel!
Change the GIJoe.light path to Your REAL path.

I have tryed Gi joe before , if you suck at lighting it helps but but went it comes time to render it sucks.
