Good start! You'll probably want to add some of the demo reel standards, like a run or walk cycle, and a clip of a character struggling with a heavy object to show weight. Also, in the clip where the cowboy enters the saloon, the guy standing behind the bar is too still. I'd add some movement to his torso and/or head. :)

Other than the good comments Meagan said I'd say that the animation looks a little stiff still in the Western shot. I know it could maybe be chalked up to stylistic however there are just certain times where it seems jerky and I'd work on smoothing some of that out.
Good start!

Sorry Meagan, but I'd avoid adding all those things you mentioned. They are good to show skill but they're the most cliche things you can have in a reel. Not that it isn't good to show you can do a weight lift, but make it more interesting, and NEVER show just a walk or run cycle. It's just boring for people that view demo reels all day. If you want to do a walk, then have a character walk and talk or walk and do some other secondary action like eating, then trip? Make it interesting. Show 'em you have some kind of imagination.
Anyway, your reel is looking alright..I couldn't view it with sound, but I got the idea. Keep at it!
