Hey guys,

how would you guys animate a tube???? What I have is a curve and a circle. I extruded the circle along the path(curve) and now I cant find a way to animate the tube lets say from point A to point B.

thanx in advance

In 4.5, select the path and you´ll get two Attributes in Your Channel Box. It´s also possible to select the Circle (profil) to modify it in another way.

Are you trying to do something like this... ?
How to create a moving Tentacle using Procedural animation. (http://www.highend3d.com/maya/tutorials/tentacle/)

dont know if this is what u want. but in the extrude options make sure that u have checked partial (under curve range).
after extruding, the new object has three inputs (look in the channel box for subCurve1 or 2) and play with the min or max values.
