Hey All,

I am workin on a VFX shot for a short film (student project). This shot will have a CGI element interacting with a live plate, in this case the person you see in front of the green screen. To get the CGI element to interact properly I had to track a CG double over the plate.

I've never done this before so it was a real challenge. Take a look, and feel free to give me any crits you'd like.

Thanks

Not much to say here...looks pretty good, as far as I can tell. Did you track it all by hand?

Looks like it was pretty tough to do!
Will you be showing the finished shot?

pretty good!!
it seems to match almost like a motion capture shot.
how long did it take to get the motion right?

Thanks Guys,

Yes Triple G, I tracked this by hand. Thanks for the feedback.

Cman, thanks for the feedback. It was pretty tough to do, and nerve racking as well. I was doing this frame by frame at times... Yes I will post the final shot as well as others that I'm working on.

Thanks again for the feedback guys!
