CGTalk - stupid question

decided to try lightwave...but how to access HELP!? in every program there is F1 key and here is nothing...no button no nothing is there any html help or just this not quite comfortable pdf manual?

Getting the latest Adobe Acrobat Reader makes any complex PDF better to work with since it searches the whole document and gives you all the results in a separate pane. Then you can choose the search result that's most appropriate.
