Hi

Recently I have been trying some studies of figures who represent different kinds of authority, whether military, religious, personality cult, or combinations. These are a few recent ones. I also put together a step by step (not a tutorial, since I don't think it's a completely "proper" way to paint) for the red general character. It can be found here:

Love to hear your thoughts..

Wow, that's simply amazing! Wonderful paintings, what an imagination! I try to think of something clever to say, or at least offer some small amount of critique, but I can't.... it's great.

What programs did you use?

If this isn't food for a plug I don't know what is :D

Absolutely brilliant. I'd love to see what you'd do if you go even more abstract (like in #2)

Francis : Well, I am sure you've seen the thumbnails from the 'finished gallery' when you reach the homepage of cgtalk. This is called a 'plug' so everyone just entering www.cgtalk.com gets to see it (creating a lot of exposure for your work ofcourse)

And your work deserves to be seen by many :D
