Anyway here is my idea. Very simple. After some pistol chasing in a movie theater agent successfuly made his escape and got hide in the crowded street. Bad guys lost his trail but they suddenly spoted him in the rooftop of the building across. They are opening fire and people are running away in fear (this is the scene in the picture) Bad guy leader is a mustached bad faced guy.
