Hello all,
the company where I am currently working is about to acquire a new Mac Pro in order to start doing some 3D work. Most of the projects will be small 3D integration with film. I know they're going for Mudbox and here is my doubt. Is it better to go for the NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 (up to 4x) or stay with a ATI Raderon HD 4870?
I heard lot's of people complaining because of the NVIDIA Quadro FX performance on Mac computers (while running Mudbox) but I don't really know if it is something that also occurs with those GT graphic cards.
If anyone can enlighten me, please do so.
Cheers,
Thomaz
