BTW, I like your design pgp :), But I think the background is kinda strange... How did you get the lettes to connect like that??? Ive tried, but mine come out with really strange geometry...

I used to have a demo of Ulead Cool3d. If all you want to do is make a cool logo, you should try to find it. It was super easy to use and you will have the satisfaction of making your own stuff. either way good luck

so your site is called logiy design right? and you can't even make your own logo?! :surprised, at least have a go, post it as a WIP or something, get some feedback, either that or offer money, because if you can't be bothered trying I doubt anyone else can :shrug:

So if someone makes you a logo, are you going to in turn build them a website? Seems only fair.

Listen LoGiY the reason your getting such a cold reception here is because you haven't even bothered to try and do your own. If you did your own and worked as hard as you could at it people would be happy to help I'm sure, but no one wants to put effort into something if you won't. Try your own, post it then we can help you to improve it, thats what CGTalks about mate. Also out of curiosity whos going to be doing the logos and banners for clan sites if you can't be bothered to try your own.

LoGiy i think the reason you are getting the nastiness is because many people here do the 3d for a living and are not used to doing stuff for free when they can use the time to work on projects. anyways that my take. dude just try to make the logo. some software can make kick ass stuff in like 10 seconds including cinema4d. its really not that difficult. i made the switch from website and such like you said pretty easily. just try to be patient with the software as the biggest problem is learning the terminology. other than that the design part is much easier than coding html or illustration. so try it out dude you might be suprised. you probably could've had one done by now. good luck.

If you suck so badly at the 3D stuff why not have the ambition to become better? Wouldn´t it be more satisfying to have your own creation represent you? You´re not under attack here - be friendly and you´ll be treated friendly.

Listen mate I'm not trying to offend you here I was just pointing out that very simple point, if you can't make your own quality 3d logo for your site, how can you do it for anyone elses and if you don't intend to do 3d logos for anyone else why have one on your site? Alo if you want someone to do it which Cartesius has very generously offered can you at least give us a representation of the logo in photoshop.

LoGiY, first of all just try to draw out the logo in 2d (all 3d logos are just visualisations of 2d work anyway), at least then you will be designing the logo (if you're selling design it's pretty important that you're able to design your own logo). i understand that you do not feel confident to actually produce the 3d version, but at the moment it appears that you're asking for not only the 3d work, but the design work to be done for you... and to put it sucinctly but brutally, if you're a designer you do your own design. you don't need to be technical, just don't expect others to do your design for you.

That was really great Pasto (the animation). My French is REALLY rusty but am I reading that this was done in Maya?

If it wass done in C4d, did you use Jenna by any chance to get your cubes to grow and multiply, or was this done (shudders to think) manually? The only thing that bugs me is the monotone repeating conversation--but visually its great!

but it was done in C4D !!

I used an expression Paul Everett did for me especialy (wow !) that make objects appear and disapear. Paul saved me from a lot of tweaking there...

the man keeps saying "undress yourself" and the woman is just answering "NO", then the man : "why ?" then the woman again : "I don't know..."
