hi there
it has been a while since i posted here, due to the fact i have been busy with work
but i found some time to model the akira bike, i used the actual plastic model which i bought some time ago

hmmm dont see wat u mean there
i will be adding dirt and scratches to the whole thing soon
the stickers are the same as the ones that are on the original (well the model i bought anyway)

Great job. Love the cell renders. Looks like the back tire is floating in the second pic. Did you use Cinema's or a shader? Keep us posted.

yeah i was wondering how long it would take b4 someone mentioned the rear tyre, problem is though it aint. i will have to move the lights around a bit as it is the cell renderer that is giving this effect
i used c4ds cell renderer

this is very cool.
that second cell render is wicked!!!

my only comment would be bump on first one in the red body work seems a little big and deep....but i really can't remember what the original looked like so it may actually look like that.

nice job though...:thumbsup:
how about the owner now.

there is no bump on the body work as the orignal is made up from various panels

i will get around to making akira soon
so stay tuned for that one :)

very very nice. This thing just needs more texturing work. If you did it photoreal, as well as Cel shaded It would be stunning.

Yeah if you did a thirdeye kind of paint on it I would be totally in love with it nice job buddy.

and thats also a really clean wire.
