I love this animation, especially when it goes all 'walrus'. Makes me wistful for a new Beatles animated film. Passion Pictures and Robert Valley?

Wow. That was actually pretty good. I didn't like the transitions between songs that much but the actual animation looked great.

Very nice. Love the animation style. Greatest band ever IMHO.

yeah, the animation get's pretty awesome near the end there. A very well done job. makes me wonder what the in game animations will actually be like.
And, the last two songs, I think, were actually the Love album versions.

EDIT:
Just watched the end again. Did anyone else see the "Paul is dead reference"? Paul is wearing black and facing backwards. :)

Thanks for the kind comments folks :)

It was very much a labour of love here at Passion - I mean, it's not often you get to make a 'music vid' for these guys!

If you're into The Beatles you should check out this frame by frame vid (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SkGNaabBuSU) showing a lot of the song references in the trailer. I have to admit that I didn't have a clue about a lot of them!

Does anyone know the what the giant rhino/elephant creature is a reference to? It's a very cool visual. But is it a lyric? From a film? Something John once said in jest? A Rhinoceros Beetle?

I'm surprised that she didn't pick up the Beatles-dressed-as-animals as a reference to the Magical Mystery Tour album cover.

The Rhinophant is not a proper Beatles reference...its more of a digression on the Walrus/Hindu theme...You gotta admit its a beautiful animal ;)

Passion along with Studio AKA were, and still are two of the studio's I really have admiration for. Yours guys work had always impressed me, even now being over the pond.
