For those kinds of effects you can actually make your own brushes really easily :)
Get hold of some nice contrasty images, use Threshold on them, and crank the contrast as high as you can to make very strong messy black white images. Then make selections out of those images and use them as brushes ;)

But why download custom brushes when you can so easily make your own (as I suggested)?
Unfortunately I don't know of any site where you can download them though... I've always just made my own.
Perhaps you should try posting a message in the Photoshop forum?

Like Leigh said, making your own isn't too hard.
Here are some of my tricks for making them: Brush Making (http://w3.chrlmi.cablespeed.com/~halmich/tech-slop/brushmaking/index.shtml).
Download the Action.
Unzip it.
Put in the proper directory.
Start PhotoShop.
Open a photo - nearly any photo will do. Personally, I prefer outdoor scenes.
Run the Action.
Paint some.
Rectangular selection.
Edit > Define Brush.
It doesn't get much easier than that.
Earlier today I made a dozen dirty brushes from two photos of trees.

That action seems to be missing(broken download). Anyone know where i might find it?

Broken? That's odd. My FTP client says it's there. I even downloaded just now.
Probably a server problem. Can always try again later.
Or, if someone is nice, maybe mirror it for me for a bit so a few folks can grab it.
Or you can record your own Action. Downloading my Action is a convenience, but recording your own is good exercise.

Or I could just attach it.
