Hi all,

Here is the making of of the project called Dynamic Ball made with Blender Game Engine by my students at Infographie-sup.be CG college :

- Adrien Xhibitte
- Olivier Deveux
- Christopher Helin
- Audrey Cauchie


Dynamic Ball has been developed with Autodesk 3ds Max and free software Blender.

whats was your pipeline work flow? And what did you use for the ball to be the controller :)

Here we go :-)

First students models and textures into 3ds max 2009, te render to texture was done with Vray.

Next they exports datas to Blender in many files formats, many fails like Fbx, Collada,... no one support animation datas, events basic one. The only one who worked fine is OBJ and VRML.

Students exports in this both formats and re do animation into Blender.

Programming is basic using onyl Logic Bricks, no python or any lines of codes.

Dynamic is also used with Realtime engine.

After the put a Wiimote into a empty ball and let's paly the game :-)

It's ok or you need more informations ?
