My original idea (or not so original) also involved a building, glass, gunfire, action pose etc. After looking through all the great entries so far, I forced myself to come up with this idea:

Setting: Mental Ward (Rubber Room a.k.a. padded room), now these rooms are pretty much for the movies and scary stories, as I understand patients who need this environment are rather kept drugged (dunno just reading the net). So it's all just exageration for the piece.

Character: We have this person who is mentally instable and thinks that he is a Secret Agent, he has been given paper and markers to do something creative while locked up. Instead of drawing on the paper (he will for props, there will be fake blueprints scattered on floor), he has used the markers to make a costume out of his clothes.

Scene: We find our character currently hiding from an Orderly and calling in backup with his Sharpie marker (or to him, his communication device).

Hi,
really like your idea, modeling looks very detailed and promising.
Don't know how realistic you want to make it, but I think a sock couldn't stretch that much :p

Keep going!

Thank you Maikl, and I know what you mean about the sock as I tried a few different kinds and they really do not stretch very well, but I did find a cheap one that in fact did stretch over my head :P That is me posing in my line art with a sock on my head for referencing. Also the idiot in me was wearing a black tee shirt so I lost all of the nice folds and detailing :( - so a note to you all try to wear grey or something if you are making photo references.......

Blocking in my low poly shape for the pants, and actually used the Maya sculpt tool to pull the shape to match my template (never used the sculpt tool on low poly before, but was positively surprised).

This is actually my first time sculpting (the mask and now the pants), so any tips are welcome. Upper pant detail (button and belt loops) is missing or not done as a T-shirt will be covering this area.

Hi Diabolos,

I like the sock head. Dangling threads from the open areas would help sell it more as well as some holes or stains. For the pants, I'd look at reference photos for the type of fabric you're going for. I'm not sure what kind of material you're using but the folds don't look right (especially with the right one, facing the pants). I could be wrong though as I'm not an expert on fabric.

Keep up the great work though!
