Hi folks I'm hoping this is a quick fix and just an option i need to turn off. For some odd reason sometimes when i create and ik handle this large bounding box is formed. I was wondering how i can remove/hide that since it gets annoying when i am trying to add controls and such when i am rigging.

here is an image of the box I am talking about:

also if anyone knows why this box is formed sometimes that would be good for me to know why it keeps popping up at times and how i can avoid it.

thanks! =)

I think this icon comes about when you lock or limit any of the rotations on the 'start' joint of a chain that has an ikHandle applied.

ok thanks, I know some of my joints are limited of course so they don't bend a weird way. I'll see if turning the limits off makes the box go away. But even then I'll need the joint limits i guess i will just have to live with boxes there.
