In this week's Monday Movie, I'm showing you how to make a mosaic material in 3dsMax (http://www.mrbluesummers.com/?p=1064) using an Iron Man painting as the starting point. You can see the final render above. It's pretty easy to do- all it takes is a little maneuvering in Photoshop, and then a little mental ray magic.
