Hi all,
When I render my scene using the scanline render, the shadow I want appears on the left wall in this rocky canyon I've built.

But the "Assign Vertex Color" utility with "Calculate Shadows" tuned on is used to bake lights onto the whole mesh, this shadow doesn't appear.

I've made sure the light casting the shadow has "Shadow Map", "cast shadows" and "2-sided shadows" are all switched on. The object properties also has the display showing only vertex colors illumination, "shaded" is switched on and default lighting is off.
Can anyone offer suggestions has to why this shadow is different when vertex lighting is used?
