I'm new here so please do forgive me the lack of the concept. Actually I've written it down in the first post, but it edited itself away with the new image submission. So to the concept:

A secret agent that is observed by hundreds of eyes on this forum is no secret, hence I'm making an uncovered agent. We have a secret agent searching for a troll, who found him instead. There'll be the damsel as well ;) I'll continually be using Josh Kirby's Discworld imagery to create my own versions of characters, scenes and emotions. The scene is an underwater cave. That pretty much wraps it.

All three heads I started from a Billy Corgan sculpt I made some time ago from a plin. This one started to look like Nina Moric, so I made it somewhat more like her. Next step - retopo and rounding the head so it's not a plain.
