Hey guys! how can i connect this edges? I selected Edit Mesh modefier and tried with bridge button, but it didn't connected! Help guys! tell me what button or modifier can solve this problem? (i want upper pic be like bottom pic)

The action you're looking for is 'Cap'.

Thank you very much! here is another question: after applying Cap holes modefier i must Collapse it on modefiers stack then continue working??

You can either collapse it, or apply an edit Poly/Mesh modifier.
