there is no illumination in the scene.... now i'm trying to lighting the bike.... but i'm not very good in this field :) i've made some test but with bad results...
how can i get an illumination like this? (or better..... )
http://www.turbosquid.com/HTMLClient/FullPreview/FullPreview.cfm/ID/199385/Action/FullPreview
if it's possible with short render time (about 1 hour max )
I'm rendering with Brazil
Thanks to all who will help me ;)

that looks a lot like your current lighting setup, except it seems like he is using HDRI or a reflection map.

ehm...currenlty there is no light source in the scene....is the standard illumination... :)
i just wanna have a realistic smoothed shadow under the bike, but i don't know how i can get one..
i've made some test without GI but with bad results... i' just want to know the light source and Brazil's attributes to obtain a realistic shadow with a short render time (even with GI) :)

I made the bike in that turbosquid link...
Here are the final pictures of how it came out:

It was rendered with finalRender stage-0 using an HDRI map. I'm in the process of re-texturing it and doing some VRay pics of it, but my skills in VRay leave much to be yet desired.

I used an HDRI map with finalRender to light the scene... There are no actual lights anywhere except one omni light that's turned off to disable the default max lighting.
Hope that helps...

If you have Brazil, lighting your bike they way you want it, is very simple.
1 Go yo the GI options.
2 Turn of Default lighting
3 Turn on Skylight, and make it white
instead of the deafult blue.
done.
Creating chrome is also easy in Brazil.
1 Create a new material and take the Brazil Standard material.
2 Put specular to 0.
3 Reflection is light gray (192)
4 Diffuse is gray (128)
5 You can add an enviroment to this texture.
done.
remember: This chrome material will be raytraced so expect an increase of rendertime.
