Hi. I posted this in the skinning forum but I though I should try here aswell...

What I have done is that I have created a rigged character in one .mb file and a scenery in another, and when I import the character to the scenery the dimensions are obviously off, so I try to rescale it... But I just can't get it to scale right. Scaling the rig results in a seriously deformed mesh and scaling the mesh won't work because it's locked by the rig and when I try scaling everything as a group they all scale differently, not relative to each other.

So, what is the right way to do this? Please help

group the skeleton with all of the setup to itself....and scale the group. But make sure the skinned geometry is not in the heirarchy or esle u will get double transformations.
