here is my sketch, story is about the alien secret agent who was sent for spy and collect data of human being but .... there are no secret in the world, while he try to cure his wound and change his mask ,the secret is revealing............



here it is for now , I don't sure about the woman , i have another choice , maybe , i'll replace the woman with human detective , or something , what do u think?

I like the mirror thing - that way you can show both sides of the alien - maybe human when not looked at through a mirror kind of alien...

hi Monsit, this is looking splendid so far. I really like the idea and main comp. One thing that struck me is that it is a bit hard to see what's going on at first - maybe just rotate the scene a little bit so more od the aliens face is visible, and what's happening with the mask?

The work is impressive , the sss works perfectly ! Hope you will make it in time !

One side note , I actually thought his body will be clothed so we'll only see the alien part as his head once he pull off the mask ... I actually preferred that cause it will be more "agent" than a naked alien with a gun... or maybe you have something else in mind :)

Wow-First off, great idea! Love the model of the alien and his surroundings. Caught the detail still of the scene with textures, the dirtied/bloodied sink is a great touch.

I may agree with the camera angle only because it's a little difficult (at this point, anyway) to catch just what the heck he's doing...until you see the mask, anyway! A t-shirt would be a great idea, I think. A plain, white, v-neck or something with droplets of blood to match the mess in the sink?

Can't say anything about the sss-it does look waxey, but then again skin has that subtle quality about it at times and under certain lights. I won't say anything else about that aspect until you texture your alien!

NICE work, GREAT idea, and can't wait to see him finished.

I think you should work more on the folds on the cloth. Or the displacement values are not right...looks "puffy" right now. Keep walking! :)

Great work. Anxious to see the post work. Just to say what I missing .. maybe some glow in the lights .. that face on sink is too flat.. it's looking like a paper mask, but I think it could be more like a rubber mask ... And the girl, first time I saw her, I thought she was in towels, but looking again, I was in doubt .. is a towel or is a dress? .. if it's a dress, maybe some color could help ...

that's great. Maybe a little color filter on the mirror or a reflect effect to have a better distinction between the alien and his reflect.

Anyway , it's awesome especially considering the time you spent on it !
I agree with Vincent about some filter on the mirror , maybe a subtle blur , or add more condensation , especially on the bottom and top to get the middle clear enough.

About the top lighting , maybe a more powerful one , glowing the fog . and why not some flies flying around to add the old horror movir kinda style.

Looking forward for the final input , I hate ya :D

Hey Monsit ,

Yay ! the new additions are great ! really add to the image.
The second one works a lot better I think , more blurry and les contrast help to add the mood ! Nice touch.

If you still have the possibility , I would suggest to add blur on the hair dryer , first look at the pic , I thought it was just flotting , maybe some vertical blur will help to understand she dropped it.

and ... I think you done :p
