So here's my idea so far:

Way back in 1992, Apogee software created what I and many others consider to be the most difficult shareware game of all time: Secret Agent, the Hunt for Red Rock Rover. Maybe you've played it, maybe not, but I remember getting this game on a CD-Rom of shareware games and spent countless hours frustrated and amazed by the shear complexity of such a simple game. The game play was simple, yet addicting and no matter how long you played and how many times you started over, this game remains firmly steadfast in the category of unbeatable. My plan is to take all the essence of the eight-bit classic and re-imagine this "impossible" game into a 30/60 second trailer complete with immersive environments, more enemies than you can shake a stick at, giant robots, explosions and did I mention the man eating sharks? Simply put, I want you to feel like surviving the game trailer is an accomplishment in itself. So far I've started sketching and put together the blocked out island environment in Maya. I think this project will be cursed with technical challenges, but the fun factor will overcome and I really want to blow people away. In the off chance someone else has exactly the same concept as me; we should join forces and pay tribute to this DOS classic. For now I leave you with some screenshots of the original.

What's modeled so far:
-Doom Island (blocking)
-Volvo D11 (finished?)
-Learjet 35s (exterior)*

Here's a pic of the Volvo and Learjet. Need to get started dressing the main character, never modeled a tuxedo before. Comments and critiques welcome.

I've been finishing up my main character S.A.M. The eyebrows and teeth still need to be finished but it's getting there. I still haven't tackled the tuxedo, but it doesn't seem too hard.
