Latest Update: Work In Progress: hanger doors
This is my first storyboard. It shows the introduction to my story.
This is a storyboard for a car chase scene. My movie will be a trailer style so this is one of several short sequences that it will have. This one is set in a desert not far from the villain's secret base. It also contains (obviously) a really cool car:). And explosions, those are mandatory.
This is a template for all the human characters in my movie (about 3 individuals). I'm fairly pleased with the topology. Still need to rig it though. What do you think?
Here is an early render of the main character in his spy out fit. There are no textures yet and I think I need to work on the face a little bit more, but otherwise I'm fairly happy with what I've got so far.
Clothing is kind of tricky for me but as I'm using blender for this, the "shrinkwrap" modifier comes in handy.
I think this costume of the three that I'm making will be the hardest because of all the straps and buckles. Rigging the clothing is gonna be quite a chore. But hopefully I'll be able to do some cloth simulation and save me the hassle (at least in some of the shots). We shall see if my machine can handle it though.
Here is a miscellaneous soldier minion of the villain. I'm very pleased with how it turned out. Obviously no textures yet. Comments? Critique?

good start on modeling. I like the clothing a lot. Can't wait to see more.
Here is the villain. Very un-textured so it's kinda bland. There is not as much detail in this model as I'm not sure how ling he will actually be seen. I think I'd like to spend more time on his face.
The final textured model will have things like buttons (in two rows down the front), cuff links, and other little details normal mapped on.
So what do you think?

The Villain is looking good. I don't think it requires textures since it's kind of suiting the style you are aiming for. (referring to the agent/soldier models)
Keep them Coming!
This the almost finished robot from my movie. It still needs to be rigged and textured. I'm just barely playing with materials on it as you can see on the face. I really wanted to be done with this last week cause I have a lot of sets planned and I still need to rig the other characters. But still, this robot will be one of the highlights of the story.
Hope you like it :).
This is what I've got so far on the cool car in the storyboard. I hope to have it finished by the end of the week. then I'll finally be able to get started on the sets. I also finished the jet that will be featured in the movie and will post pictures later.
I finished the car! Hope you like it. I really don't know much about cars but, I'm very proud of this one(the interior isn't even worth mentioning though). It's amazing how many reference images I was able get simply by typing in "cool car" at google image search XD.

Hi there, looking good upto now. :) with the car model, post a few shots grey shaded and maybe a wire frame shot? would be cool to see how you constructed it? also what modelling software are you using?
The office set is almost finished. There are just a few details left. Those are screens above the desk (the white mirrors). Those will have some lights and readouts on them. The shades over the window are retractable and will be animated. The buildings outside are just a photograph. Hope you like it :).
This is the exterior of an aircraft hanger that will be featured in the movie. It's still in progress. The cliffs are one of my first serious texture jobs so I'm pretty excited. I found Blender's UV layer cloning option to be very useful. I just grabbed a couple photos of some real cliffs and in a few minutes I had this. Anyways, I hope you like it.

Liking the exterior shot, looks quite dramatic! cant wait to see it in action!! :)
Here's an update on the hanger. The doors are slightly cracked open and the runway has much more detail. I hope to have it finished by tonight.
I just did this about an hour ago. Its only for a brief camera shot so there is not a lot of detail. The jet that you see however will be featured extensively. This picture is almost an exact copy of a hanger I found a picture of online. Mainly what caught my eye was the color and the bright spots of light on the floor. I hope you like it too.
Here is an environment test for the desert as seen in my storyboard earlier. The set up is quite simple. I put together a texture for the ground out of a photograph and, the mountains are just photographs mapped onto cookie cut shapes.
What do you think?
This is a screenshot of the robot. It's a little progressed since last time.
Here's another pic of the robot. Hope you like it.
The jet and hanger exterior. This is an angle I might use briefly in the movie just so you can see the landing gear in action that I worked so hard on.
I'm still adjusting the colors. It took too long to render so I might need to break it up into a few passes.
More to come soon. Hope you like it.
A frame from the movie. You may recognize this from my storyboard.

Looks good for the first look but as I look closer I can see few things I would like to comment on. Sunlight is very strong.. too storng, sky(clouds) look flat and too purple. There is some wierd rainbow it the middle.. is it a lens flare?
Would be good to see it moving

man everything is way too shiny. u shud decrease the reflectivity of stuff
I fixed the brightness thing. I found out that there were actually two suns (one on top of the other). That always happens when I'm working with multiple layers:surprised.
This is still a work in progress. I just put it together about an hour ago.
Key moment from the movie. Like it?

Cool, I like the god rays. I would tone down the spec and reflection overall on the jet, bit much.
