looks good to me, her shirt seems a little loose in the shoulders though. when you say you added clothes does that mean you used motion designer, or that you modeled clothes?

Thanks,

This is my first character with actual clothes. Still learning what to model and when to layer.

Yeah the shoulders are giving me problems because I am new to getting all the clothing to sit right.

I was going to use motion designer on the cuff of the jeans and maybe the shoulder straps so they slide about when she moves but right now I am just trying to learn the art of modeling clothes which will then proceed to motion designer to get her ear rings to dangle, cuffs to move etc.

Nice character....I like it alot...are you planning on using MD for this? If not I don't think there would be a need for you to model the clothes seperatley....but regardless...it still looks good...nice job:)

Well i'm still learning.

Right now it is easier to copy polys tweak them into shape and build from there, but is it better to do it as one model instead of building the parts seperately?

is there any benefit to making it one object?

I would guess not....do what you're comfortable with....
